Oh well, I guess my http line got shortened. Try this:

$> su -
#> rpm -ivh hxxp://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm (replace xx with tt)
#> yum install vlc
#> yum install python-vlc mozilla-vlc (optionnals)
