The PAL and NTSC difference isn't absolute 4 %, but some decimals also. (PAL 25 and NTSC 23.976) but I don't understand the initial request on first place, because nobody sane does PAL <-> NTSC conversion by speeding up the playback. 4% Slower Playback Please?
Currently VLC supports either 100% or 94% playback. Would it be at all possible to get 96%? I only ask because PAL runs 4% faster than NTSC so a 4% setting would equalize them. The reason why that is important to me is that me and a friend watch movies at the same time internationally and the playba...
