Re: OSD Title show forever?

EDIT: It's working now, --sub-filter fixed it.

Thanks!

Re: OSD Title show forever?

Hmm, that doesn't seem to work. I'm on a Mac, hopefully that's not the issue. Here's the command I'm running: /Applications/VLC.app/Contents/MacOS/VLC udp://@239.1.1.80:49410 --no-embedded-video --video-x=0 --video-y=21 --width=320 --height=180 --marq-marquee=test --marq-position=9 & What am I m...

OSD Title show forever?

I'm running --no-embedded-video, and need the title to remain on the screen forever. --video-title-timeout does not seem to have a value to disable the timeout, as video-title-timeout=0|-1 don't show the video title at all. Is there a way to make the title stay on the screen for the duration of the ...

Stop remembering window position!

I'm trying to run an array of videos on my Mac to monitor video streams. The problem is, --video-x and --video-y seem to have no effect, and the window opens up regardless of what values they have and is always the last position the window was dragged to. Here is the CLI I'm using. $ /Applications/V...

Re: HTTP Live Streaming Problem

Has anyone tried HLS on the lastest trunk recently? I'm having trouble with the trunk version (it's can't obtain the stream at all), but the released version is working (albeit with the choppiness after each chunk).

--video-x, --video-y not working via CLI

I'm try to run vlc with the --video-x and --video-y parameters, but it's not working. The window always starts where it last left off (it's remembering the window position). I have tried with the --no-embedded-video option, and that doesn't fix the problem. Here is the command I'm using: /Applicatio...

Solved: Need help with IGMP using specific interface

Hello, I'm trying to use VLC to view multicast streams. I see the IGMP join going out one of my Interfaces, but not the other. The interface that it's going out is not the interface connected to the mcast enabled network. VLC doesn't seem to ever try the other interface. Is there anyway to set which...
