I managed to get versions 0.9.8a, 0.9.6, and 0.9.5 all to configure/make/install using Cygwin (following the wiki how-to plus several more steps). Does anyone have a solution for this? I am having the same problem as well. xingzhi123, could you please explain how you solved the problem? Perhaps explain how you reverted back to an old version of cygwin?
