Hi, Im looking to get a home cinema system to play all my dvds etc but ive also got a couple of gaming vids on a multimedia player that i would like to play as well. When i play them with vlc the audio channel says 3F2R/LFE, is this surround sound (5.1)? will it work better if i have a digital audio...

hi, sorry for the long delay, i installed vlc and then tried playing and it did that, but after i restarted the computer it played properly, so its all sorted now, i just needed to restart the computer after i installed

when i try and play dvd's with vlc media player the video is not watchable and the sound jumps it looks like this



does anyone know whats going on?
