Only with Direct3D. Smoothing is working in OpenGL but the video playback tears like it's not syncing with the panel's refresh rate. All other media players I've tried do not have this issue. High res source material is fine, it's just on lower res stuff being scaled up that it's noticeable.

I've had blocky playback of all video in VLC since at least 0.8.6 on Vista 64. All my drivers are up to date, running ATI 3870X2. MPC, WMP, Divx player, etc all work fine. VLC is the only player that exhibits the problem that I've tried. If I switch the output module to OpenGL the pixelation goes aw...
