In 0.9.6. it is under

Tools > Advanced Controls

That puts a "Snapshot" button as well as a "Loop A-B" button under the progress bar.

Press the button or the key. Hey there... What button and what key? Please specify what button & key you are talking about. Thanks. I have been using "Video > Snapshot" or right clicking the image and selecting "Video > Snapshot" It would be great if there was a key to press...
