edit the config file with any text file, and change "skins2" to empty (at least on windows, it works))

well, works on linux, too. only the storing path in ubuntu 8.10 has changed. now its in ~/.config/vlc/vlcrc

Hi, there are some problems with this skin in ubuntu 8.10. i do not only miss the preferences, there is another problem. i cant load any other skins or the basic "skin". VLC does only run with Crossover Leopard, after it was installed. Any idea getting the standard theme back? regards Nor...
