Video Stream Rate

Hi

We are using VLC to stream video to a video test solution that we are building at the moment.

However, I am trying to confirm what the typical frame rate that an VLC UDP Stream will send an M2V over a network.

Is this dependant on the frame rate of the video file?

Hi

I was wondering if this .NET wrapper is available for download, as I am trying to find a .NET wrapper which will allow me to stream video from my VB.NET application through the libvlc class?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated?
