Problem persists in RC4

Just reinstalled from scratch and issue persists. Video is smooth and glitch free. Audio breaks up / drops out constantly Here is the log with verbose 2. With the RC3 I can't play WMV files without the audio skipping / dropping out constantly. Worked fine with 0.9.9 Audio settings are all default. The preferences window is larger than 800x600. I have a home theater PC setup which runs this resolution, so changing preferences in VLC is definitely not easy.

The height of the preferences window needs to be smaller.
