I have been an avid user of the Speech Recognition in both vista and windows 7. I currently use windows 7 but I was wondering if there is a way, or any planned feature for controlling VLC by voice commands. I could see this feature as being very handy for many people. Just a few more observations I have made of the problem. It seems to happen a lot more often when you rewind/fast forward and skip using the video seek bar. Also it dosent always freeze in the same place of the video, its almost random.

I have been using an older version of VLC on windows Vista ultimate 64bit for many months and have had absolutely no trouble.
