It seemed that Docked Playlist was checked, and I was somehow blind to it. Thanks so much!

I just updated to 2.0.5 Twoflower, and have noticed one thing that I find annoying. When I click to see the playlist, it shows right over the video, not as a separate window as in previous versions. The only way I can see the video again is by unchecking View>Playlist or clicking the playlist button...

I have the same issue when trying to load a playlist. I've reverted back to 1.1.1

Playlist -> Save playlist to file... and instead of XSPF, choose m3u.
