I got the same error,but it can be compiled in ubuntu,Btw how to get the last contrib package,I just get the contrib version 2008-05

A problem when compile vlc with cygwin

Hello,I have a problem when I compile vlc with cygwin,I have success bootstrap and configure,when I make the project,ta the last,it appear the error imformation:libvlccore.exp,what's the matter?
