Yes VLC can look slightly more "washed out" than e.g. WMP and PowerDVD. This is presumably since the latter two enhance the colours/have colour management. Oh.. never mind.. lol... I just downloaded PowerDVD, and that works great too (can change aspect ratio, to play movies in full screen...

Yes VLC can look slightly more "washed out" than e.g. WMP and PowerDVD. This is presumably since the latter two enhance the colours/have colour management. What program/film is that out of interest? Try a 0.9.1 test build and see if the colours appear the same: http://forum.videolan.org/v...
