I use VLC interface to create broadcast. (Tools-> VLM Configuration, create a broadcast with input, and output). Then I use another VLC player to catch that broadcast, but it can't. I have a subject about video streaming, and I wonder if VLC support Network Technology or not? (Network Technology is: the capablity control the network parameter when line bandwidth is low)
