Never bind, I found it in tools>customize interface> step back.

There are a bunch of threads for showing jump buttons for mobile vlc. Every player will have jump buttons over next track buttons. On desktop there's more then enough space for these buttons, while there's no option to show them.

I would be cool if the had a button on command bar that woud display the list

I would like command bar to rotate so that it covers the least of the screen. If a movie is landscape then it will be horizontal, and when move is regular box then command bar should rotate to vertical. I would also like ability to resize command bar, and delete certain buttons.
