Re: VLC 0.9.0 issues in current built

Please make a ticket on the aspect ratio issue. Can someone tell me how I can make a ticket? Thanks. Another issue I experience is when a video is paused or when it comes to selecting an option on a DVD menu, it creates this fading effect. When I can upload an image of it on imageshack, I will disp...

Re: VLC 0.9.0 issues in current built

Well it looks like most of the issues have been resolved in the latest build. I reckon that if you wanted to bring out the player as a beta version, it would be safe to do so.

Re: VLC 0.9.0 issues in current built

Thanks for that. Even the subtitle issue has been fixed.

However I'm still finding that I have to select the aspect ratio manually. Windows Media Player shows it in the correct aspect ratio. Is there no way of it to detect the resolution of the screen to work the default setting?

VLC 0.9.0 issues in current built

I don't know if this has been brought up, but the issues I'm currently facing with 0.9.0 are: * Cannot select Deinterlacing option as default in preferences. I have to install 0.8.6, select the option, uninstall 0.8.6 and reinstall 0.9.0 for it to work. * Deinterlacing enabled places subtitles on th...

Re: Severely Stuttering DTS/DD Audio

I found this fixed the issue for me:

http://www.instructables.com/id/Fix-aud ... LC-Player/

After doing what that site asks you to do, close down and restart VLC.

However I experienced the audio breaking up, so I tried 0.9.0 test2 and the audio now sounds normal.
