I do installations of TVs in hotels and sometimes we install for IPTV. I am wondering if there is a plugin or way for VLC to decrypt a Pro:Idiom UDP stream so I am able to test and troubleshoot the streams through VLC on my PC?

avcodec error: more than 5 seconds of late video -> dropping frame (computer too slow ?)

that error repeats forever. I am expeiencing same problem. avi files that would play with older version of vlc will not play with 2.0. Shows first frame frozen and thats it.

Actually, I just noticed when I send the video back to my TiVo with pyTiVo, it will play the whole thing, but will not give me the ability to fast forward or rewind until it records past the 13:10 to the TiVo. I'm now thinking it is an issue with comskip/comcut and not VLC....

I am trying to use the SPDIF output option on my dell insprion 9200 (which outputs SPDIF through the s-video port, with an adapter) When I play a DVD with PowerDVD it outputs SPDIF fine, but if I try to play the same DVD with VLC, then it throws out choppy audio throgh the SPDIF output.
