I recently downloaded a video from torrents. When I played the video, it said the content is blocked and can be unlocked only with VLC converter(media decoder).. I didnt heard those words b4..!! The site he mentioned to download from is dlit.us .. !! plzz.. help me.. i need a open source..!! Thanks ...
