Hello, is it possible to extract a set of pictures/frames from a desired video segment in VLC? The segment is no longer then 1,5 seconds. It seems to work if I enable deinterlace.

This happens commonly: when I look at some videos, and want to use the slider to move forward, that is possible to do only up to some time. For somevideos it's a few minutes, for others an hour, but it is not possible to jump to a scene which is ahead. How can I solve this? Thanks
