Easy! Just download it from this link, double click on VLC installation icon, flow it, you'll see its icon on Start menu -> All programs -> VideoLAN -> VLC media player. That's it, Enjoy!

I had same problem in Arabic subtitle file. look at this topic.

I tried to disable 'Autodidact subtitle files' and select the previous subtitle file.
