I have read that wmp plugin was hard-coded to play only windows video formats, so i won't be able to play mpeg files with wmp plugin. Any suggestions??

I tried it under IE7, but it seems that IE doesn´t understand wmode param on vlc plugin. The reason to choice vlc plugin is that vlc support more video formats than quicktime and wmp plugins.
