I would like to suggest the following:

On Screen Subtitle Handling.

When the mouse hovers over the subtitles, it selects them for say 3 seconds (and then disappears) When the subtitles are selected, one can change the available languages or disable them.

Can a button be made to load videos into iTunes? It would have to transcode them and then get them into iTunes, however that works. It would be a HUGE step for anyone who wants to view videos on there iphone or iPod.
