I compiled and ran VLC 0.8.1 on Fedora Core 3. There are a title bar "VLC(XVideo output)" and a frame on top of and around the video display. How can I remove them? i.e. just video frames themselves.
I didn't install wxWidgets library, but the skin did pop up. Just no effect when I pressed the buttons on the skin, like "add playlist" button. Why? And I don't want the skin to pop up, how can I do it? Through some configuration?
Every time I start the VLC from command line, the skin will pop up. How can I start VLC, e.g. just play a video file from command line, without the skin?
