ok - thanks It showed me a black image, but dropping the deinterlace did it. Now I have an image with 1-2 sec delay. Can I adjust that to be lower? Basic streaming - can't get it to work

I am just fooling around with VLC trying to get it to work. My problem is that I would like to stream from one machine to another. And I can't get it to work. possible solution

Yeah the documentation is kind of non-existing on that subject. Apparently nobody has the need to watch more than the default channel. I am trying to get to the composit channel. Finally I succeded (the tension is mounting) but keep in mind that you will need another channel ( composit != s-video ) ...
