How can i increase the max frames in VLC? Through custom IP cam Application we are sending 32 frames & VLC supports this .But if for max frames like for 64 it's not supporitng.How do i increase this in VLC.

I am planin use VLC for streaming server for VOD. Is it support RTSP and RTP based streaming. If so, please tell me how to configure. Also is it encryption is must for RTP streaming?
