trying to play h264 content in VLC BUT

VLC makes content very pixelated completely missing the point of HD
I dont know what filter/codec vlc is using?

in Dziobas player picture is perfect but no audio in progressive download and rared split h264 content

Well Dziobas Rar Player does a much better job as it plays those rar files and as more get downloaded it also plays them seemlessly; without interupting your viewing. NZB Player also manages and a Mod on VLC also does the same But it does not allow seeking in the video if you dont have the last vide...

does it allow streaming at the same time?

ive got seeking to work but i need the first and last part of the rar set;

could this be done with only the first rar ?

Says extracting files; i dont want it to extract anything; just to play and treat rars like a folder

Please could you help me skip the movie file whie playing mulitple rars with VLC player. ie. forward/skip by a minute or 5 or 1/2 etc
I would not like to extract the file - not an option
This would be a fundamentally important feature
