Do you know if the latest nightly build fixes the bug that causes Windows (XP) to be restarted when opening the capture card ?

Does anyone know a program that can set a frequency to a TV Tuner?
Currently I'm using DScaler to set the channel I want to stream. (I start DScaler, I set the TV channel and then I exit DScaler and start VLC)

I seem to have solved the problem.

It has something to do with the selecting of the audio input.
You have to choose your sound card and not "Default".

I'm trying to stream tv channels from my tuner to the other computer in my network. I use Win XP SP2. My tuner is Leadtek Winfast TV2000XP Deluxe. Line In is selected for recording.
