file info is:
Video: XVID 640x480 25.00fps [Video 0]
Audio: Dolby AC3 48000Hz 6ch 448Kbps [Audio 1]

win xp pro crash after quitting vlc in a few seconds

Hello, is this a known problem? i play a divx file without a problem but when i close vlc, in 2-3 windows xp freezes and i have to restart windows? what could be the reasons?
