No progress, even the middleware guys have problems with these boxes. I'm using another amino and a wagoner box that work fine. good luck. Amino support is useless. They told me by email to contact my ISP.... however, I am a consultant to ISPs, so, well, guess i wont be recommending amino to anybody!
