The "First steps to Sync and Play Your Media" contain outdated instructions for the iTunes File Sync screen. "Apps" needs to be replaced with "File Sharing".

I'm not sure when Apple changed this but these are the versions I am using:

iTunes 12.9.4.94
VLC 3.1.9 (325)

I have also have a problem with full screen on my MacBook with a second display. I suspect the problem is not the same though. The problem is that VLC fails to properly recognise the second display. Dragging a window to the second display and entering fullscreen results in full screen on the MacBook...
