Re: [1.1.11] Is this the right way to save streaming?

Thanks for the tip. I downloaded a few seconds to check, and the file seems OK when played in VLC, so I'll let it download the whole streaming and see how it goes. Re: [1.1.11] Puts monitor to sleep

Thanks for the tip. I'll see if I can upgrade the video driver, and if it still doesn't solve the issue, tweak VLC.

[1.0.0] Subtitles displayed about 1s too late

Hello I'm using VLC 1.0.0 for Windows. I downloaded the AVI and SRT files for a US televisions series, but the subtitles were made for other files, and they're displayed about 1 second too late. Is there a way to tell VLC to show them earlier, so that they match what's being said in the soundtrack? ...

Saving RealAudio stream to file?

Hello "recording realaudio" didn't return anything, and there's quite a few settings in VLC, so I figured I should ask here. I'd just like to save a RealAudio streaming into either WAV or MP3. How should I proceed when I have the .RAM pointer, eg. radio.com/ondemand/france_culture/ECONOMIE...
