Not sure where to post this but it would be truly wonderful to be able to EQ the right and left channels independently.

I am hearing impaired, correctably, in only one ear. I would love to be able to EQ to match my correction. Headphones and hearing aids are a poor match.

I'm already signed up for the beta channel in google play but still no good. any guidance in using nightlies would be appreciated.

I only know the repositor at http://download.m0k.org/videolan/nightly/trunk/?M=D. There hasn't been a posting there since 10/21. Is there another place to find machine builds?

Worked fine in 2005-10-09 player. Cannot play video files with 2005-10-21 nightly build. Tested under yT Zeta 1.1.

Latest nightly test1-20050606 no longer suffers from the problem mentioned here. Thanks for the fix!

just downloaded the 0602 nightly build. Still aborts - same issue as before. Is there any chance of a fix in the near future? Is there anything I can do to help? Is there anyone reading this besides me?

20050412 build OK. When playing mpeg or wmv files, pressing "play from start/rewind" button, 20050413 build simply closes with no explanation. Versions 20050415 or later abort with a Segment Violation. OS: Dano 5.1d0. thought you'd like to know. Thanks for keeping VideoLAN alive on BeOS!

After 0209, BeOS builds don't appear to register themselves properly with the OS. The 0209 version creates the appropriate mime-ty pe to allow it to be set as the default application for media files - double-clicking a file opens vlc and plays the file. also, VLC icon missing from program files I'm aware of that, that's because nightly builds are cross compiled from linux now. I'll look some day for a way to apply the icon anyway, but there are more pressing priorities right now... ;) Looks like there are more issues than just the missing BeOS ico...

I'll go back to getting the lastest builds. I can live without the icon - I only mentioned it because I was surprised to note its absence. Not a criticism! I'm just thrilled the VideoLAN team keeps BeOS as a supported platform.
