There is no audio problems playing the same files with MPlayer for Windows or using libmad library. One of the my questions is why that value of (.04*CLOCK_FREQ) for #define AOUT_MIN_PREPARE_TIME (mtime_t)(.04*CLOCK_FREQ) has been chosen? Is the choice based on MPEG standard specifications?
