Been using vista on both of my vista machine for almost a year now. I get great performance without any modification to the configurations. The only problems is, and I mean ONLY, is that sometimes when it moves onto the next file in the playlist, I get a popup saying VLC has stopped working and wind...

AVI -> WMV

Here's the target:
:sout=#transcode{vcodec=WMV2,vb=1024,scale=1,acodec=wma,ab=192,channels=2}:duplicate{dst=std{access=file,mux=asf,dst="test.wmv"}}

Encoded and AVI to WMV using VLC (ASF, WMV2 1024 br, and wma 192 br 2 ch). When I try to play the WMV file back in Window Media Player the video will only show up in Full Screen mode. Audio is fine, the video is just missing unless I go into Full Screen. Any thoughts?

I know its noobish but can anyone provide simple instructions (Encapsulation Method, Video codec and Audio codec). If possible all how to used Xvid's codec.
