I've read that VLC won't transcode MOV to AVI, but will it transcode MOV to Mpeg2? My version of Pinnacle will only use one of the two choices, AVI or Mpeg2. (Not Mpeg4) Thanks, David

I'm trying to do the same for use with Pinnacle, convert MOV to AVI. If VLC won't do AVI, then how about MPEG2?
