Do you know if VLVC can have more than one conference running similar to webex?

Can multiple conferences be run from VLVC? for example I would like to have the ability to have several online conferences running simultaneously. All of the conferences accessable via the internet similar to WEBEX... can anyone help?

I want to set up a server to multicast to pc's over the internet and to recieve a stream from cameras on those pc's that i have multi cast to. similar to webex. how can I do this?
