Re: Info Display? -- Chapter, Title, etc.

It has been a long time yet again and VLC appears to still not have this ability. I'd like to add my voice to those who wish to be able to see chapter & title info for DVDs. Is there any chance for this? Ditto. I agree fully. This hobbles VLC Media Player greatly. It very much needs to display ...

Re: How do I set default subtitles to English?

You are watching DVD movies or some MKV/OGM files? Settings -> Preferences and Go to Input / Codecs and tick Advanced options and you should see subtitle track and subtitle language options. Re: VLC crash related to libwxwidgets_plugin.dll

Can you replicate that crash? Or is it just a one time miracle? I haven't tried to replicate it. I wouldn't know how. Like I said, it just happened while playing a movie, cause unknown. The movie was playing when, all of a sudden, VLC player crashed and gave the error message as mentioned in my ori...

VLC crash related to libwxwidgets_plugin.dll

(Windows XP Home SP2) I was playing a movie from my hard drive (VIDEO_TS folder with .VOB files etc) and got this fatal error below. I have no idea what caused it, except I had previously been playing around with the many options available in VLC media player - being a relative newbie to it. Most of...
