Re: Frame rate setting gives strange results (H264)

Did you ever solve this? I have the exact same problem, but im doing live stream. No matter what settings I try I get 50fps or 59.94

I was reading that it had something to do with interlaced source and deinterlaced source, but regardless which I use, I get this same output.

Re: Skip some parts of the video - scripting or playlist?

I've been told that this isn't possible. But if you find a solution some where else, please post back here, I would be interested in knowing if that was possible. It would be great if we could use the play lists from windows media player. I know there we can do it perfectly, even with fail overs and...

Re: --video-x= and --video-y=

I think it has something to do with the nightly builds. I can specify the positions in the full release of 1.0 but I cant do it in 1.1, anyone know if that has been changed or removed?

Re: Audio and video module

I got it going now..... Just tried it with a couple URL's and it looks great. http://img196.imageshack.us/img196/7504/photoam.jpg Now I was wondering, has anyone come across a way to check for frozen image or frozen video? I would like to trigger alarms the same way but with sensing the video conten...

Re: Audio and video module

Yes OLDRC did it...... works great...... Just going to modify the settings a bit. Do you think it will take a lot of cpu if I increase the samples to 1? instead of the default of 4?

Re: Audio and video module

Maybe someone can help me here..... I've been trying to get the Vu-meter running. I've been able to get the graph up on top of my video. But I can not seem to get the audio levels to do anything. Here is what I'm using to do it: vlc -I rc --video-x 0 --video-y 0 --width 640 --height 480 --rc-host=lo...

Re: Any way to pause on last frame of video in VLC

I made some progress, I made a Windows Media Player Version. Thats great, but I can only have 15 objects per browser. I would like to use VLC and firefox instead, but VLC and IE is fine too.
