I think I've got it. I am unable to stream directly out via http because the container formats don't match. Last week I was streaming a DVD directly. Now I'm attempting to use a Pinnacle HDTV Pro stick's composite input. There is no MPEG encoder on this board so when I go and open a directshow devic...

Hmmm, this used to work! In fact I was streaming http with no transcoding just last week.

Any ideas why I would now get "can't pre-fill buffer" ?
