i found the problem !
dont use
new video_name vod enabled
but
new vdeo_name vod
...
setup video_name enabled
And the H264 contained in the ts video work in vod perfectly !!

Thank you for your reply. I've tried to install the latest wxGTK package : rpm -ivh wxGTK-2.8.6-2.el4.pp.i386.rpm
but the problem is the same (error messages and vlc button does not work)

Hi ! I've installed VLC 0.8.4 (because the next versions 0.8.5x and 0.8.6x contains a bug: no video get on a client run after streaming this video from a server side in H.264. The SPS/PPS packets was not sent). I've installed theses libraries on my Linux CentOS 4.3 : fribidi-0.10.4-6.i386.rpm libdvd...
