I'll take a look at that. I've dropped the stream to 256kb and resized to .5 normal. I also set the webpage to be 1/2 the size it was before.

Thanks for the info Chris. I've put the external ip back in the MRL so if you could try it again I'd appreciate it.
Also, where do I use the code snippets you're posting? I've been using the interface by using Open->File->Stream/Save->Settings, etc., etc.

Thanks for that last bit VLChelp. That did the trick. Must be related to the video card somehow. It's onboard so maybe it's just not quite up to par.

Ok, I've put off the live video for now. I think the cap card may be bad as it sometimes 'disappears' from the computer. You might try a different skin. Some of them are smaller than the default skin so I imagine some will be larger.
