Hi Arite, sorry I am not an expert of this but how do I compile VLC with AMR audio?

Sorry I guess what I was asking if 7zip is a ram hogg however its not important. But I so have another problem which my 3g2 file video plays on Vlc but no sound. I dont think 7zip will do the job?

Arite, Thanks for your input and works great! I actualy downloaded alot of rar files which I had errased because it didn't play ummm...I should of known better However, does 7zip constant run on my pc?

I have downloaded a video rar file: part01.rar part02.rar etc. It doesn't have sound on vlc. Can anyone help on this. Greatly appreciated. Thanks!
