Creative Labs Digital VCR - DirectShow Commands

Hi, I am trying to display the video form a Creative LAbs Digital VCR card using the DirectShow Interface. VLC will display a black window after choosing the VBDVCR device in the DirectShow selection. Are there any details documented about using the DirectShow interface? I will post logs later today...

Hi, I would like to be able to stream video directly from my DirectX enabled capture Card (Creative DVCR). I was playing with the Directx options on the test client, but all I see is a black screen. Streaming via IIS

Hi,

So, I removed IIS and pulled down Apache, which works better, but the video (MPG2), breaks up every now and then. Any fine tuning that I could do in this area (on the client)?

Streaming via IIS

Hi, I have set up IIS on an XP pro box for my LAN at home. Some files appear to work (connecting to the movie as a URL), others do not. I see a status 501 in the IIS logs for the movies that will not play (206 for those that do). If I start a seperate http stream however, all of the files play fine....
