is there any difference in the process of making a skin with the video embedded and one where the video plays in the separate box?

ok, I've tried reading all the material I could find. So i have these images, now I need a screenshot or something? And Once i've loaded up the bitmaps to the skins creator, how do i use them?

so if I have all of these images, do I just need to make a xml file or something?
