Hotkeys for subtitles to speed them up/delay them?
I'm deaf and I use VLC to watch movies and series on my laptop. Sometimes the subtitles aren't in sync with the movie file and then I have to use an external subtitle timing program to adjust them, which is rather time-consuming as I have to lipread the actors to make sure that the subtitles fit and...
