Had problems playing MKVs x264 on VLC since a few weeks... reinstalling VLC wouldn't help Using ATI Catalyst center, changed the "basic color" tab to "use application setting" enabled Now it works again flawlessly... config x1900GT, catalyst 2007 0928 2231 38404 maybe new drivers...
