I am using windows XP VLC 0.86i for live H264 RTP multicast streaming for a few years.

Works very well.

I tried 1.1.10 but the RTP H264 multicast streaming crashes VLC after about 8 hours of streaming.

Have you met the same pb ?

H264 RTP streaming crashes VLC after about 8 hours of streaming.

So I got back to 0.86i, which is quite stable.

OS windows XP (extremergb driver only on windows) We were using VLC 0.86i because it was the most stable and efficient H264 encoder. Yes, when I stream, I can see that this is really a 384 kb/s stream

In fact, I am using a batch file :
