It is working indeed. Strange thing, could've sworn it didn't work with latest build I used.
But, tell me one thing, is it supposed that it is reduced in size compared to the actual video?

Well, I just downloaded most recent build and it works again, sorry for that.
Or does it only work with DirectX? Because I had Default Output before.

Well there's an alternate to that for the moment. Go to Preferences -> Interface -> (enable) show interface with mouse, save an restart VLC. Although this is not a real full screen controller it'll do until this feature comes. In SVN builds or what? I don't get it to work, it is ticked in options, ...

You may then use 20071125-0001 if you want. Last build that works for me.

I wanted to add that if you proceed with repairing, nothing will happen. I.e. progressbar doesn't move on. Then, in backgorund, it plays for some seconds, 11 or so, and then says it cannot read the file. Same happens if you simply check not to repair the file.
