Ok... Its broken... why does it play on the other players and how would it be posible to get it to play on VLC?

Having some trouble viewing a MPEG-TS file when using VLC. I can view the file using Elecard Player, GOM Player, Mplayer, Windows Media Player (with Elecard plugin).
